Author Guidelines
Welcome to EJBmit Journal! We are committed to publishing high-quality, original research across all disciplines. Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript.
1. Scope & Article Types
- Original Research Articles: Full-length reports of new research findings.
- Review Articles: Comprehensive overviews of specific topics.
- Short Communications: Brief reports of significant findings.
- Case Studies: Detailed analyses of individual or group cases.
- Technical Notes: Descriptions of new methods, techniques, or tools.
2. Manuscript Preparation
- Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.
- Format: Submit as PDF or DOCX. Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12pt), double-spaced, with page numbers.
- Structure:
- Title Page (title, authors, affiliations, corresponding author email)
- Abstract (max 300 words)
- Keywords (3-6)
- Main Text (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion)
- References (preferably APA or IEEE style)
- Figures & Tables (with captions, high resolution)
- Supplementary Material (if any)
- Ethics: Research involving humans/animals must include ethics approval and consent statements.
- Plagiarism: All submissions are checked for originality. Plagiarism will result in rejection.
3. Submission Process
- Register or log in as a Researcher.
- Complete your profile with accurate affiliation and contact details.
- Use the Submit Paper form to upload your manuscript and any supplementary files.
- Choose the appropriate article type and provide all required metadata.
- Optionally upload a graphical abstract or thumbnail image.
- Review your submission and confirm all information is correct.
4. Peer Review & Editorial Process
- All submissions undergo initial editorial screening for scope, format, and originality.
- Qualified reviewers are assigned for double-blind peer review.
- Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript based on reviewer feedback.
- Decisions: Accept, Minor/Major Revision, or Reject.
- Accepted articles are copyedited and prepared for publication.
5. Article Processing Charges (APC)
- Some articles may be subject to a publication fee, depending on the pricing type (free or for sale).
- Fees are clearly indicated during submission. Waivers may be available for authors from low-income countries.
6. Copyright & Open Access
- Authors retain copyright of their work.
- Articles are published under an open access license, allowing free distribution and reuse with proper attribution.
7. Data Availability & Supplementary Material
- Authors are encouraged to make data and code available in public repositories.
- Supplementary files (datasets, code, appendices) can be uploaded during submission.
8. Authorship & Conflicts of Interest
- All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the work.
- Disclose any financial or personal conflicts of interest.
9. After Acceptance
- Authors will receive proofs for final approval before publication.
- Published articles are promoted on the journal website and may be featured on the homepage.
- Authors can track downloads, views, and citations via their dashboard.
